You Are Intuitive: Inner Connection for Interconnection

Do you struggle with trusting yourself and knowing what the “right” next step is? Perhaps you’re in your “healing era” but you feel overwhelmed by all the choices out there telling you how to “heal”. Or you could just be craving ways to remain connected to yourself while in connection with others.
If any of the above resonates, you’re warmly invited to the “You Are Intuitive Workshop – a Space for Inner Connection for Interconnection.” This workshop will take you on a journey towards the inner and interpersonal field of the present moment where the “authentic self”, “soul”, “intuition”, “creativity”, “connectedness”, “expansion” and “aliveness” live.
We will spend the first part of the afternoon cultivating skills of inner awareness and connection. We will clear out any stale, stagnant, or flighty energy in the body that might block us from a deeper presence. Then we will go through meditative practices to assist us in grounding and opening ourselves up to the imaginal realm, a state of non-ordinary consciousness that can assist us in tuning into information that might be obscured or distracted when we live on auto-pilot.
We will spend the second half of the afternoon connecting to the physical and relational field. We will bring our meditation in the relational space, journeying through different practices to reflect on our inward experiences. Finally, we will integrate what showed up for us through guided journaling, with optional time to share at the end.
Come with water, a journal, a pen, and a curious attitude!
This workshop is inspired by Sophie‘s newest book, “The Intuition Experiment” where she spent over a year ruthlessly committed to two questions: “1. Can inner space be known? 2. How can I trust this inner knowing?”
