Mindful Masculine

Mindfully Masculine is a bi-monthly men’s group focusing on authentic sharing, mutual respect, supportive communication, and community. At each meeting, everyone will have an opportunity to speak and share the struggles and victories in their lives with the intent of deepening personal understanding and growth.
