There are two gifts I love to share in this life, all things herbalism and connection! Join me on the third Thursday of every month to enjoy a lovely cup of herbal tea as we connect and share what is on our hearts. I will talk about the herbs we will be infusing that evening and the medicinal properties they hold. I will provide a few journal prompts to use to dive deeper into ourselves. This is a space to show up with an open heart to be seen and heard while sharing your human experiences.

In creating CommuniTEA & Connection my intentions are…

1. to provide a safe space to share what is on your heart.
2. to provide a safe space to be seen and heard.
3. to share a divine warm cup of tea while we lovingly connect & share.

Please bring:

1. journal & pen
2. your favorite tea mug to drink from
3. an open heart

This space will stay intimate with no more than 12 participants.

The space will also be donation based and we will not turn anyone away that cannot donate monetarily. $10 donation.
